The years between birth and 6 year of age are the most critical years in a child’s life.Recognizing this, we must:

  • employ teachers who understand that the foundations for learning are laid between the ages of birth and six, and must be laid carefully.
  • meet the new higher state and national educational standards.
  • provide comprehensive programs and supports in response to the community’s needs
  • Continue to update and improve the Center’s grounds and building.

To do this, we must increase competency and wages and general expenditures.

The cost of high quality child care falls on parents at a time when they can least afford it. Our parents cannot absorb the total financial impact that these increases create.
