Teaching Staff

The teaching staff at The Children’s Center is an amazing group of people.  All of them meet or exceed the state educational requirements for education and training.  Some of them have been here for decades completing their educations while working for the center.  Others have traveled the world and finally come home to the Wolfeboro area to start their families and continue their careers.

Nora is the infant/toddler program coordinator for the center.

 

Darcy is the teacher for the L’il Angels, a classroom for ages 6 weeks to 12 months.

 

Debbie is the teacher for the Little Ducklings, a classroom for ages 9 through 18 months.

 

Katie is the teacher for the Jungle Cubs, a classroom for ages 12 to 24 months.

 

Linda is a teacher for the Little Tikes, a classroom for ages 18 months to 3 years old.

 

Lynn is a teacher’s aide for the Little Tikes, a classroom for ages 18 to 36 months.

 

Tanya is a teacher for the Cuddlebugs, a classroom for ages 2 to 3.

 

Samantha is a teacher’s aide in the Cuddlebugs, a classroom for ages 18 months to 3 years.

 

Lisa oversees staffing and curriculum for the preschool through school-age classrooms.

 

Jana is director for Magic Moments, a preschool lab classroom for children ages 3 to 5. 

 

Paula is a teacher for the Gingerbears, a classroom for ages 3 to 4.

 

Linda is an assistant in the Gingerbears, a classroom for ages 3 to 4.

 

Elizabeth is the teacher for the Dragonflies, a classroom for ages 3 to 4. She first started at the center in 2015.

 

Melissa is a teacher's aide for the Dragonflies, a classroom for ages 3 through 5. She has also worked in the All Star classroom. She has been at the center since 2015.

 

Kelly is the teacher for the Fireflies, a classroom for ages 3 to 4.

 

Michelle is a 1:1 and teacher's aide for the Fireflies, a classroom for ages 3 through 5.

 

Andrew is the teacher for the Mis Amigos, a classroom for kindergarten-age children.

 

Bob is the teacher in the All Stars, a classroom for school-age children.

 

Sue is a preschool special needs coordinator and teacher.

 

Rachelle works with children enrolled in the preschool special needs program to develop their expressive and receptive language skills.

 

The preschool special needs staff works with the Governor Wentworth School District to ensure all children are ready when they enter kindergarten.
